1597 honors the origin of winemaking in America. It is a tribute to time, land, and history, which for centuries have given life to the vineyards of Casa Madero.

From the vineyard, the plots with the greatest expression are rigorously selected and cultivated with differentiated and precise management to ensure optimal quality in every bunch. In the winery, each variety is vinified separately to highlight its character before aging in barrels for a specific period.

The blend is then combined and returned to the barrel to refine its balance, complexity, and elegance. Produced in a limited run, it reflects our origin, identity, and distinctive character.
