Harvest: 2021
We celebrate our legacy and every story this house has written for over 425 years by presenting a new expression of one of our most iconic wines.
For this 2021 vintage wine, perfection was sought from the vineyard, selecting the best lots and ensuring that each plant produced fewer bunches, obtaining grapes of the highest quality with greater concentration.
This blend is made up of three varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Tempranillo. Cabernet Sauvignon, known for its body and structure, is combined with the smoothness and elegance of Merlot, while Tempranillo contributes distinctive fruity and earthy notes, resulting in a perfect balance.
The winemaking process was carried out individually for each variety, aiming for greater extraction of aromas and color. This wine was aged for 12 months in first-use oak barrels.
The result was an elegant and complex wine, maintaining the essence that characterizes 3V while showing a new expression.
